Subject: Error (4295): Unable to send mail, multiple matches found in Name & Address Book(s)
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Always

Hi,

I have a problem with sending mail messages. There are some users in my organization for example user A, user B and user C who we can name as Senders. There are also user X and Y who we can name as Recipients. User B and user C can successfully send mail to users X and Y from mail box and from our application sending mails with agent. We are using Notes convention like X/Organization or Y/Organization

Problem is with the user A who can't send mails to user X and Y, but can send mails successfully to other users. It can refer to whole organization.

How to find out and troubleshoot what is wrong? I have tried many tools and procedures f.e. tried to find any duplicated user name or user address in ($users) view but can't find anything.

I think that there is not a problem with duplicated entries because other users can send mail to users X and Y.

Can it be connected with local names?

Any help would be appreciate.
Thanks in advance

Adam
